        Eligibility-

        Company Secretary (CS) program is also a 3-year (including training) course conducted by the CS statute body. Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) examinations are conducted twice a year.

            3. Cost and Management Accounting (CMA)

            Eligibility-
            • Foundation Course- (Candidates have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized board)
            • Intermediate Course- (Graduate from any stream/except Fine Arts or after clearing Foundation course + must have cleared Foundation course from ICAI)
            • Final Examination- (only after clearing the Intermediate course from ICMAI).

            Cost and Management Accounting (CMA) is a certification (CMA) course issued by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). This course is designed to train students to work in various industries and corporate functions. In the USA the duration of the course is a minimum of 6 months whereas in India the duration is between 3-4 years. The best advantage of this course is that there is no age criterion in it.

            CMA Course mainly focuses on Valuation Issues, Working Capital Policies, External Financial Reporting, and Financial System Analysis.

            There are three levels to clear to become a CMA-
